Return & Refund Policy

At Conquered, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
* Have original tags attached
* Be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
* Be returned in their original packaging when possible
* Include proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

* Socks
* Headbands
* Gift cards
* Sale items
* Clearance items
* Any item marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

Return Authorization

All returns require approval before being sent back.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please do not send items back without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The wrong item was sent
* The item arrived damaged due to our error
* The item has a verified manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or color, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Fraud Prevention

Conquered reserves the right to refuse returns that:

* Show signs of wear or use
* Have been altered after delivery
* Contain misleading or fraudulent claims
* Do not meet the return requirements listed above

Additional photos or information may be requested before approval.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Conquered is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe there has been a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
