Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer:
* Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150 CAD
* Free shipping to the United States on orders over $200 USD
Orders below these thresholds will be charged shipping rates at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
* Canada: 2–10 business days
* United States: 4–10 business days
* International: 7–21 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Conquered is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Conquered is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Conquered is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
